What is the difference between Split and Divided in the sizes?
Divided bases are two pieces that can be divided horizontally whereas Split bases are two pieces that are split vertically, down the middle. Split Cal King bases have the benefit of the two sides being able to be adjusted independently of one another if you also have a Split Cal King mattress.
Can a headboard be attached to these bases?
Headboard brackets are optional and would need to be purchased directly from Ergomotion separately.
What is the weight capacity of these motion frames?
These bases are not rated to support weights in excess of 650 pounds inclusive of the mattress and bedding, provided it is evenly distributed across the bed base.
Do I need a box spring?
It depends on what kind of frame you will be using along with what type of mattress you get. If you go with an innerspring mattress or a frame with large gaps between slats, you should consider getting a box spring or box spring alternative. If you go with adjustable beds a box spring should not be used as it would inhibit the ability to adjust.
